第七十章
1 神啊，求你快快搭救我！耶和華啊，求你速速幫助我！
2 願那些尋索我命的，抱愧蒙羞；願那些喜悅我遭害的，退後受辱！
3 願那些對我說“阿哈！阿哈！”的，因羞愧退後。
4 願一切尋求你的，因你高興歡喜；願那些喜愛你救恩的常
說：“當尊神為大！”
5 但我是困苦窮乏的。神啊，求你速速到我這裡來！你是幫助我
的，搭救我的。耶和華啊，求你不要耽延！

默想：
1.安靜——閱讀/聆聽——默想——禱告——默觀/安歇主懷

2.在閱讀默想今天的經文時，有哪個字或詞句特別觸動你的？當
你讀到這個字或詞句時，你有什麼感受？這與你的現況有什麼
關連 沒有？神想要你做什麼？

3.你有沒有要求神“加速”回答你的禱告？神有沒有聽你的禱
告？若沒有，你是否依然讚美祂？或是你對神感到不耐煩，甚
至心存苦毒？

禱告與筆錄：
繼續安靜在神面前，與神對話，並聆聽祂對我說的話。將心中的思
想（心得），或是與神的禱告，記錄在「靈程筆記簿」上面。

Chapter 70
1 Hasten, O God, to save me;
come quickly, LORD, to help me.
2 May those who want to take my life
be put to shame and confusion;
may all who desire my ruin
be turned back in disgrace.
3 May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”
turn back because of their shame.
4 But may all who seek you
rejoice and be glad in you;
may those who long for your saving help always say,
“The LORD is great!”
5 But as for me, I am poor and needy;
come quickly to me, O God.
You are my help and my deliverer;
LORD, do not delay.

Meditation

2. What is the word or phrase that touches you today as you read and
meditate on this passage? What is your emotion as you read this
word or phrase? How is that related to your current situation? What
does God tell you to do?

3. Have you ever asked God to “hasten” in replying your prayer?
What was it? Did God oblige you? If not, did you still praise him?
Or do you become impatient, even spiteful?

Prayer & Journaling:
Stay with God for a little longer. Continue to converse with God and
listen to what he wants to tell me. Then write down any thought
and/or prayer in the 2012 “Spiritual Journal” book.
