第四十九章
13諸天哪,應當歡呼!大地啊,應當快樂!眾山哪,應當發聲歌
唱!因為耶和華已經安慰他的百姓,也要憐恤他困苦之民。14錫安
說:“耶和華離棄了我,主忘記了我。”15“婦人焉能忘記她吃奶
的嬰孩,不憐恤她所生的兒子?即或有忘記的,我卻不忘記你。
16看哪!我將你銘刻在我掌上;你的牆垣常在我眼前。17你的兒女
必急速歸回;毀壞你的、使你荒廢的,必都離你出去。18你舉目向
四方觀看,他們都聚集來到你這裡。”耶和華說:“我指著我的永
生起誓,你必要以他們為妝飾佩戴,以他們為華帶束腰像新婦一樣。

默想:
1.安靜——閱讀/聆聽——默想——禱告——默觀/安歇主懷

2.在閱讀默想今天的經文時,有哪個字或詞句特別觸動你的?當
你讀到這個字或詞句時,你有什麼感受?

3.回憶一下,你有沒有曾經被人故意或是無心的遺忘過?
那時你有什麼感受?為什麼呢?

4.在你人生遇到什麼情況時,特別希望有人想到你?當你明白神
無論在怎樣的情況下,永遠不會忘記你的,你有怎樣的感受?

5.因著神絕不忘記你,總是記念你,為此來感謝神。

禱告與筆錄:繼續安靜在神面前,與神對話,並聆聽祂對我說的
話。將心中的思想(心得),或是與神的禱告,記錄在「靈程筆記
簿」上面。

Chapter 49
13 Shout for joy, you heavens; rejoice, you earth; burst into song, you
mountains!For the Lord comforts his people and will have compassion on
his afflicted ones.14 But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me, the Lord
has forgotten me.”15 “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child she has borne?Though she may forget,
I will not forget you!16 See, I have engraved you on the palms of my
hands; your walls are ever before me.17 Your children hasten back, and
those who laid you waste depart from you.18 Lift up your eyes and look
around; all your children gather and come to you.As surely as I live,” declares
the Lord,“you will wear them all as ornaments; you will put them
on, like a bride.

Meditation
1. Silence – Read/Listen – Meditate – Pray – Contemplate

2. What is the word or phrase that touches you today as you read and
meditate on this passage? What is your emotion as you read this
word or phrase?

3. Can you think of a specific moment when you were forgotten – either
intentionally or unintentionally? How did that make you feel?
Why?

4. What times in your life do you most desire to be remembered? Be
specific. How does it feel for you to know that there is a God who
will never forget you under any circumstance?

5. Thank God for always remembering you.

Prayer & Journaling: Stay with God for a little longer. Continue to converse
with God and listen to what he wants to tell me. Then write down
any thought and/or prayer in the 2012 “Spiritual Journal” book.
