最好能將全章略讀一遍，再專注於以下經文段落：
1耶穌下了山、有許多人跟著他。2有一個長大痲瘋的、來拜他說、主若肯、
必能叫我潔淨了。3耶穌伸手摸他說、我肯、你潔淨了吧．他的大痲瘋立刻就
潔淨了。4耶穌對他說、你切不可告訴人．只要去把身體給祭司察看、獻上摩
西所吩咐的禮物、對眾人作證據。
默想：
1. 長大痲瘋的人認識耶穌是神，因此有能力醫治疾病，驅除攪擾人的邪惡
勢力。他並且認識到，耶穌可以選擇醫治或不醫治。事實上，耶穌一再
地施展祂的大能，為要拯救或醫治有需要的人。基督「能夠」，而且祂
也「願意」。
2. 回想你曾經歷過主愛手的撫摸的時刻，是什麼事？你當時有何感受？
3. 過去得到神的撫摸與醫治的經歷，使你對神的能力與神的愛有何體驗？
用幾分鐘的時間，與神對話，也聆聽神要對你說的話。
禱告與筆錄：
繼續安靜在神面前聆聽神，並將你的的思想、問題、觸動你的字、詞、圖
畫，或是與神的禱告，寫在你的靈程筆記簿上面。
今日箴言：2:1-5
1我兒，你若領受我的言語，存記我的命令，2側耳聽智慧，專心求聰
明，3呼求明哲，揚聲求聰明，4尋找她如尋找銀子，搜求她如搜求隱藏
的珍寶，5你就明白敬畏耶和華，得以認識神。

1When he came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him. 2A man
with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can
make me clean.”
3Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!”
Immediately he was cured of his leprosy. 4Then Jesus said to him, “See that you don’t
tell anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift Moses commanded,
as a testimony to them.”
Meditation
1. The Leper realizes that Jesus has the power as God to heal sicknesses and to
correct evils that torment mankind. But the leper also realizes that Jesus has a
choice about whether to heal or not. Again and again Jesus exercised His power
as God, and each time it was to help or heal a human being in need. Christ is
willing. And He is able too.
2. Recall a time when you were touched by the loving hand of God. What was it?
How did you feel?
3. What did your past experience of God’s touch and healing teach you about God’s
power and His love? Spend a few moments conversing with God and listening to
what God is trying to tell you.
Prayer & Journaling:
On your prayer journal, as you listen to God, write down a few thoughts, questions,
words, names, drawings, or anything that has come to your mind during this time.
Proverbs for Today: Prov 2:1-5
Family Time:
Discuss the passage. Ask anybody to share a time when he/she was sick. Did
anybody prayed for him/her? Share what happened after people’s prayer. Close
by giving thanks to God for his power to heal and his love for us all.
